First class materials were used in the construction of the boat, including waterproof Plywood fixed with epoxy, pine rafters in epoxy, mahogany finish, tempered glass, bronze rudder, bronze propeller shaft grommet, Teleflex steering controls and throttle, stainless steel fuel tank, stainless steel steering wheel etc.
A reconditioned engine was installed; it had 50 running hours after overhaul.
