So this is a real lifeboat from this famous yard, which unfortunately no longer exists.

Engine has been overhauled using original parts and runs fine. Boat is of very heavy polyester construction, all around rubber D-fendering, with bilge keels, a heavy heel under propeller and rudder, an attached rudder with tiller steering, large three-blade propeller with grease-lubricated propeller shaft, reversing gear and a diesel tank that sits higher than the engine itself. In short, a boat that can take a beating and is always ready to start. Stands on a Dino tilt trailer and has a heavy Van der Sneppen cover that can remain in place while driving. Has scratches and signs of use which however mainly contribute to the tough no-nonsense character of the boat. .

The Lister SR1 engine was recently overhauled: cylinder block honed, new oversize piston installed as well as new piston rings ("genuine Lister parts") and starts and runs like a charm.
