Seaswirl Boats was founded in 1954 in Minnesota. Their Striper line of boats, which are manufactured with hand-laid fiberglass, features a balance of high-quality construction and comfort amenities. Seaswirl builds its boats tough, using a fiberglass stringer system with polyurethane flotation foam under the sole and a unitized construction process that bonds the floors, stringers, and hull together to form one cohesive and stiff unit. Power is supplied by an efficientHP Evinrude E-Tech 2-stroke engine with a 3-blade stainless steel prop and Sea Star hydraulic steering. This Striper gets up and goes! At the bow is a U-shaped settee with a deep freeboard, in addition to a low-profile bow rail. This provides a safe and secure ride for 3 while underway. There is also self-draining storage areas under the cushions. The bow pulpit has an electric power windlass on an anchor roller with a 20' chain and 100' of rode. A walkthrough windshield leads to a 49-gallon self-draining fish box that is equipped with a macerator. The cockpit has twin fix-mounted adjustable captain chairs and dual folding padded foldable rear-facing captain's chairs. When at the helm you will find a stainless steering wheel, digital Evinrude gages an Evinrude mechanical throttle, a Ritchie Compass and all of your toggle switches including windlass controls. Electronics include a Garmin 700 GPS EchoMap 70 Chart Plotter w/16 mile Radar with color fixed mounted, a Dual media player: AM/FM Receiver w/Blue tooth, MP3, & USB w/4 stereo speakers, 25 watt VHF fix mounted and a handheld Uniden Whamx4 wireless microphone. To the port, the console opens up to a changing area with a port-a-potty with a 20-gallon waste capacity and pump out. Both port and starboard have under-gunnel rod storage. To the aft, the large transom area has a 30 gal. live bait well with aerator and LED light, both fresh and raw water washdowns, and a 1400 gph bilge pump. There are also dual batteries with a selector switch that charge through the engine alternator. At the stern, there is an integrated swim platform with a swim ladder. A large radar arch will keep you out of the sun and dry from the rain with a Sunbrella top. There are 14 rocket launchers throughout in addition to the 4 in the gunnels to hold all of your rods and accessories. The arch is also home to a Garmin radar dome and twin spreader lights.
