Engine located at the rear of the yacht and easily accessed via the large engine hatch in the cockpit sole. INTERIOR FINISH:Beautifully appointed and spacious interior with generous headroom. Saloon is entered via the lockable sliding door. The flooring is luxurious teak and holly laminate at the companionway and galley with cream carpeted floor coverings at the entrance to the aft berth and below the seating area in the bow. The walls and headliningings are cream padded vinyl and the the well upholstered seating cushions are an attractive dark tan leatherette.GALLEYTo port is the galley with cream GRP mouldings and smoked glass cupboard fronts. Excellent storage atop the unit and in the large cupboard below. Cooking facilities are provided by a single burner electric hob built into the Corian worktop and a built in microwave. There is a circular stainless steel sink with hot & Cold mixer tap. Large Isotherm fridge with ice compartment.HEADS:Opposite the galley is the heads compartment with moulded sink unit, pull out shower head and a Jabsco sea toilet fitted with a holding tank. Holding tank fitted with a diverter valve for over board discharge or deck pump out. Shower sump with automatic pump out,. Shower curtain.SALOON:In the bow is a large horseshoe seating area with a central table. The table can also be used in the cockpit. This area will convert to a large double berth if required. Flat screen TV with inbuilt DVD player on forward bulkhead.STERN CABIN:Aft is a double berth beneath the cockpit sole. This berth has excellent headroom, a privacy curtain and lots of good storage options.Each cabin has 12V reading lights and in the saloon there is indirect lighting giving the cabin a cozy glow oat night.Construction

White GRP foredeck with self bailing anchor locker.Large sunpad forward with access through hinged section of curved glazed windscreen. GRP arch with mast light and electric horn. Stainless steel pull out cleats at bow stern and midships.Large bathing platform with inbuilt bathing ladder. Transom door to cockpit with wet bar to port and large cockpit storage cupboard. The cockpit is spacious and well founded with a multitude of seating arrangements. There is a spacious and well padded chaise longue opposite the helm position. The helm seat is a large double with a mirrored rear facing seat. It's design makes sense when it completely folds flat to make a large cockpit sunpad or an additional double berth for overnight accommodation in the summer. To the rear is a further double bench seat. Table in saloon can be used out here for some alfresco dining or entertaining.The cockpit sole is finished in easy maintain flexi teak giving a warmth and touch of class. Far more practical than the obligatory yet impractical carpets.
