he Fairline Phantom 40s accommodation is luxurious and spacious on this particular boat.  Access is via a transom gate on the port side into an aft cockpit area which has enclosed covers allowing use all year round.

The aft cockpit has substantial steps on the port side leading to the Flybridge through an opening hatch.  The Flybridge has a twin helm seat arrangement with an additional single seat to the starboard side.  The latter has a two way position which can be used to turn this into a chaise-lounge seat.  Further aft is an L shaped seating area with a table which can be converted to a sun-pad and a stainless steel framed Bimini. There is a wet bar equipped with a sink, chopping board, electric griddle and fridge.

Entry to the saloon is via patio style opening doors from the aft cockpit.  On the port side there are cabinets finished in an American Cherry wood with a moveable double seat. There is a Logik 12V TV in cabinet. Opposite there is a U shaped seating area with a folding centre table.  The upholstery is finished in a “beige” coloured leather which compliments the cherry joinery.  It also has blue curtains, beige Berber style carpets, side window blinds and front & side UV privacy screens.   The saloon area converts if required into a double berth and there is additional storage beneath the seating. Heated throughout with reversible air-conditioning units.  

The inside helm position is located on the starboard side and by stepping up there is a double helm seat providing excellent visibility and there is a side opening window.

From the saloon moving forward is a step down galley on the port side equipped with Corian Work Tops, a stainless steel sink, twin electric burner hob, microwave & grill oven, fridge with an ice box and ample storage cupboards.  There is also a large storage area beneath the galley floor.

The owner's stateroom comprises of the forward cabin with an ensuite.  The large double berth has access on both side and storage beneath it.  There are storage wardrobes on either side.  The ensuite is equipped with an electric flush toilet, wash basin, full size stand up shower with enclosure and storage cupboards.

The guest cabin is located opposite the galley and has two single berths, a storage wardrobe and access to an ensuite.  The latter is equipped with an electric flush toilet, holding tank, wash basin, full size stand up shower with enclosure and a 'Jack & Jill' door for day use.
