Outside layers were 1/2", and inside lay up was 1/4" in thickness! By today's standards of 1/8 and 1/8, one can understand the extreme strength offered in "RELIANT'S" build! These exterior and interior shell thickness dimensions, coated double layers of Airex core, providing rigidity and enduring strength. Nordhaven, has now, for the first time in their history decided to build to these standards, as they recognize the "Strength to Weight Ratio", and are including this core build in there boats over 100 ft!
