New to Brokerage & available now priced at £14,500. A nice example of the popular Broom Ocean 30 River Cruiser, with service history dating back to 2007. Okefenokee has been well maintained by her current owner with service history dating back to 2007 including trip log.
Access and Cabin Details
Access is gained via the port or Stb side sliding door into the enclosed wheelhouse, engine access beneath. You step down into the aft cabin. This is light and airy.
There are two single berths with drawers underneath. The port side berth also has a small bedside cabinet. The cabin has opening windows and reading lights above each berth.
Main Saloon and Galley
Moving forward through the wheelhouse, you then step down into the main saloon. The steps lift to provide further access to the engine. The saloon is very light and airy thanks to the large windows.
The galley is on the Stb side and equipped with:
- 3-way fridge
- Stainless steel sink with drainer
- LPG hob, oven and grill
- Ample work surface and storage
Opposite is the shower/toilet compartment. The shower is an over the sink style. There is a large mirror, storage, and a chemical loo.
Dinette and Additional Features
Next is the first dinette which has a free-standing table. There is storage beneath the seat and behind it. Moving forward is the second dinette. This is also a ‘V’ berth providing two more beds.
The woodwork is very nice and has a lovely classic boat feel to it. Okefenokee would make an ideal family boat. She is spacious and with her being diesel and on a shaft, economical on fuel and less expensive to maintain than other types of boat. She would be lovely for a great Staycation.
