This Seascape 27 was built in 2013 and sailed in regattas in Europe until it was purchased in Germany and trailered to Ireland in 2018. She has had two owners from new and her history is well documented.

Condition and Features
She is in exceptional condition and comes with everything required to start sailing this weekend. The Seascape 27, a modern-day trailer racer, is the complete package. This Slovenian-built creation from a pair of Mini-Transat veterans (Samual Manard is the designer) is only 3,100 pounds, and is billed as a mini crossover.
Seascape 27 was born from single-handed ocean racing experience and reinvented to deliver the same sensations on a tame, trailerable, easy to handle platform. She allows you fast cruising from bay to bay with your family or competing on the most demanding shorthanded European offshore routes. And when you are done sailing, you hook her up to the car and take her back home with you.
Interior
The interior is an exemplary use of volume, with a retracting spinnaker pole, a head, two big and long settees, and sitting headroom. The centerboard’s manual hydraulic pump brings it home with a few pumps.
Performance Reviews

The yacht can be sailed quickly in all conditions from a light breeze to a gale given the flexibility of the rig from full main and A sail or genoa to a deeply reefed main and small jib on the inner forestay. Tohatsu 6 HP Outboard. The outboard has a clever mounting mechanism where the engine can be moved on a lever to a locker when not required. This removes the drag from the outboard shaft and the opening is plugged once the engine is withdrawn. There is an additional mounting bracket available with the sale if the new owner wants to upgrade from a 6 HP to a 9 HP.

On the performance side, the yacht has a carbon fibre rig with a generous sail plan. There is a high aspect mainsail, retractable carbon pole for headsails, twin rudders, and a hard chine hull making the boat very fast on all points of sail. The keel, when dropped fully, has a draft of 6' 3" with 1200lbs ballast making her very stable. The yacht complies with CE category B offshore safety rules.

There is accommodation for sitting and sleeping for 4 people. There is a small cooker, fridge box, and fresh water. There is also a toilet mid ships.

All spars are carbon fibre and in perfect condition. The sails are Elvstrom Technora and include a main, masthead genoa, masthead and fractional gennakers, Code 0, and an inner foresail. All sails are in perfect condition. The photos below are of the yacht which is being sold here.
