Designed in a reverse layout, this vessel offers a bathroom aft, a galley to port, a single dinette is found opposite which converts into a single berth, the saloon features port and starboard seating which can be converted to form a full width double berth when required.

Powered by a Vetus 28hp diesel engine (1,375 recorded hours) this Narrowboat offers economical cruising. Central heating is provided by Webasto diesel central heating with matrix fans and radiators throughout the cabin. Hot water is supplied by the engine calorifier, central heating or immersion on shore power. 240V & 12V electrics on board.

Surveyed in May 2021, Blacked in July 2022, Engine serviced in December 2023, Boat safety certificate valid to June 2024 but a new 4 year BSS certificate will be included in sale.

Bathroom

The wet room style bathroom is to starboard and contains a Thetford C400 cassette chemical toilet, shower, heated towel rail, vanity basin unit and mirror with LED strip light, overhead extractor fan/LED light.

Galley

A good size galley positioned to port and features; a Thetford Caprice MKII four-burner gas hob, grill and oven with a fold away glass lid. Moulded sink with drainer and a stainless steel hot and cold mixer tap. 12V Shoreline fridge with icebox. Black out blinds/flyscreens and plenty of storage draws and cupboard space.

Dinette

Positioned to starboard features a single pullman’s style dinette with forward and aft facing seats. This dinette is 6ft 5in long and can be converted to form a single berth. Storage is found below both seats with a radiator under the table. Forward of the dinette is a chest of draws/TV unit with external antenna point and 12V DAB/FM Radio, 4 x 12V sockets, 2 x 240V sockets and storage for the pedastal type saloon table is alongside (pedestal is stored under starboard saloon sofa).

Saloon / Convertible Master Cabin

The saloon consists of large twin sofas (seat measures 6ft 8in long), located to port and starboard which can be converted to form a king-size berth. 12V plug sockets and additional storage compartments found below both seats.

The saloon has direct access onto a good size bow well deck with integral lockers/seats (seats measure 5ft 2in long), ideal for al fresco dining. The seats have dry stowage below (raised false floors). The anchor/warp, mooring pins etc are stored to starboard and spare fenders/warps and spare toilet cassette to port. The gas locker is found forward with two 6kg gas bottles, switch-over regulator and Alde Bubble tester. Well deck is covered by a Cratch frame and canvas cover.
