The Projection 762 is easily handled, lots of fun and cheap to run. This good example has been well cared for and has 2012 sails in very good condition. The mast was replaced in 2007 (the original was damaged) together with all the standing and running rigging and the boat comes complete with a road trailer. 1st in class 2, Haven Series 2014 and 2015. Winner Sport Boat Trophy 2014 and 2015. IRC rating 0.957.

Accommodation
The accommodation is best described as minimalist and in racing mode the interior is mainly used for sail stowage. There are four berths if required, but not much else.
Mechanical Systems
Located on transom bracket, Mercury 3.3hp outboard engine (2003). Hand start. 5 knot cruising speed. Maximum speed under power 5.5 knots. The engine has been regularly serviced, last service Spring 2015.

Construction
Built by Projection Yachts in 1996 to a design by Stephen Thomas. White GRP hull with style stripes. White GRP superstructure with painted non-slip to deck. Fin keel. Spade hung rudder. Tiller steering. Aft self draining cockpit. The hull has been epoxied as a preventative measure. The stanchion bases have been reinforced. Rudder bearings renewed 2010. Chainplates replaced by previous owner.
