This Campi 400 was completed in May 2023 and has served a few months as an office for the sale of a waterfront housing project. But she is now for sale at a very favorable price while barely used. The price includes options and furnishings. New, this boat including all options and transport to the Netherlands would now come out at about 145,000 euros excluding VAT.

Instead of the standard 2 bedrooms, this Campi 400 special design has 1 large room with an extra wide outside door. The room has a beautiful closet wall. The table and chairs in the room, which now serves as an office, were replaced in January 2024 by RIVO with a 2 person bed of 160 by 2.10 meters, the mattress is still unused.
Also, the roof was again completely newly treated and painted by RIVO in January 2024.

She has a beautiful large sliding door to the living room with the familiar spacious luxury kitchen that is characteristic of the Campi 400.
