Description
'Snowdrop' (previous name 'Hell's Kitchen') was professionally built and fitted with a traditional stern and layout. The vessel has been permanently moored at a nearby property for several years and used as a liveaboard, but this use is no longer required. Viewings are available 7 days a week by prior appointment please.

Construction
10mm welded steel base plate, 6mm hull sides and gunwale, 5mm cabin sides and 4mm roof. LPG storage locker in the bow, stainless steel water tank beneath the well deck, timber glazed cabin doors, vinyl cratch cover, alloy framed port hole and hopper style windows, half doors midships, steel aft doors and sliding hatch, integral fuel tank at the stern. Internal fit-out is predominantly in oak and oak faced ply with hardwood flooring. Insulation appears to be spray foam. External paintwork in Oxford blue, cream and red with light grey roof. The roof paintwork is in need of some attention and the hull is overdue for blacking (the latest invoice in the file for blacking is dated May 2015).

Accommodation
Forward saloon – Port side locker with stereo and TV above, shelving, Morso solid fuel stove on a tiled plinth with a tiled surround to starboard, hopper style windows, hardwood double doors to the forepeak, steps with access to the water tank, domestic water pump and accumulator tank.
Galley –  low level divide between the saloon, fitted base units with ample storage on both sides, a stainless steel sink with mixer tap, laminate work tops, tiled upstand, free-standing mains fridge and separate freezer, full size domestic LPG cooker, half doors on starboard side.
Corridor to starboard leads to-:
WC & shower – door opens inwards to a fitted hip bath, blue ceramic tiled surround and shower attachment, wash basin unit with storage beneath and mirror above, radiator, cassette toilet, towel ring, port hole window. Further doorway to:
Master cabin – fitted double bed with storage and hot water calorifier tank beneath, built-in wardrobe and drawers, radiator, port hole windows, and door to the engine room. Cabin headroom 6'6" (2.0m).
Engine room – access to the engine and bilge, engine control panel, electrical control systems, batteries, double doors and hatch to the traditional stern deck.

Engine
Beta Marine 38hp diesel engine (keel cooled) with a PRM120 gearbox coupled to a shaft drive with a single lever control mounted forward of the helm. Twin 40A and 70A alternators.

Equipment
2 x 13kg Flogas LPG bottles with automatic change over valve, Morso solid fuel stove with back boiler feeding radiator, fire extinguishers and blanket, CO and smoke alarms, hot water calorifier coupled to the engine and fitted with immersion heater, Russell Hobbs fridge and freezer.

Electrics
1 x 12v engine battery, 5 x 12v domestic batteries, twin engine alternators, 12v switch panel, ceiling mounted LED lighting, Jabsco 12v domestic water pump. galvanic isolator,
240v shore power connection, mains RCD unit, Sterling 2700W inverter, Multicell battery charger, plug sockets throughout.
