BROKERS REMARKS: Knot My Problem is a late model 2018, so one of the youngest 419's we have. This yacht arrived in the BVI in Dec 2017 so AFTER hurricane Irma, therefore has no storm history. The yacht finished its final charter in Feb 2023, so timing is great to make an offer, and get this surveyed.
