This Coastal 450 is powered by Twin 454's. It is mechanically sound, with the starboard motor having 100 hours and the port motor having 400 hours. This vessel is a great example of what a houseboat can be.
Design and Comfort
This is not an ocean-going boat but can handle a small chop. It serves as a home on the water, making it suitable for live-aboard use, where many find it quite comfortable. The main salon is divided into three areas:

Aft: The "den" with flat screen TV and ample seating.

Additional Features
There is a small berth to the port and the captain's stateroom forward, which includes an all-in-one head and shower. The generous "party" area is located up top, which includes the outdoor helm and plenty of seating.
