GRANADA YACHTS Atlantica 375 for sale in Imsida Malta

Granada 375 Atlantica, built in 1986 by Granada Yachts Denmark. It comes with the permanent designated berth place ( rented ). They cannot be sold individually. It has gone through few refurbishment jobs including engine, sails and cockpit area. It been with the same owner for more then 2 decades. The structural parts (rigging,sails,engine,hull) have always been good taken care of with regular inspection and maintenance so the boat structurally is good. Aesthetic she could use a bit of attention. Nothing serious. Just small jobs that will be executed in to an annual service, things like a bit of Peek, a bit of polish, a bit of paint. All the systems are functional. The boat can be motored or sailed at any given moment .
