DESCRIPTION

This is a 56 ft overall sailing yacht. It is a great blue water boat. We have lived on it for over 8 years and have sailed it from the us to the Caribbean and now it is in Puerto Morelos MX. We are just getting too old to sail it anymore by ourselves. Auto pilot works great and has been able to handle all types of weather conditions. It has 4 sails all in good condition. Has a full Keel which was painted about 4 years ago. There was only 4 boats mad a year for 6 years and not a lot of them around anymore. She is beautiful especially when all 4 sails are up. Great buy as it is valued around $72,000. It has a Boston Whaler for a dinghy. 2 state rooms. large saloon and nice size engine room
