What a blast this vessel would be to own and use for weekend sailing adventures, and overnight trips to bays, and even islands. Considering weight, this vessel weighs in at 2000 pounds and has 800 lb ballast in place. The Com Pac has a 2020 Mercury 4-stroke 6 HP engine mounted on a bracket. The seller has added several features that would not be seen on this age, nor size, sailing vessel. The bottom has been repainted with anti-fouling paint over barrier coat as well. The seller mentioned prior to placing the new paint there were zero signs of any blister or issues on the hull. The main sail is also a recent addition. Raymarine depth sounder installed, solar array mounted on the stern. This smaller vessel is loaded with features that the next owner will be very excited to have. The seller has three hatch doors, 1 solid wood, 1 with window / screen, and 1 custom-made to hold the small A/C unit shown in the pictures. The seller uses a small generator for overnight trips to run the 110 unit. The center storage, table, sink area can be used with smaller cans to collect any water or waste.
