This is a beautiful old boat, built to last. The owners have taken great care of her in their 14 years as liveaboards and have decided to give up boating for health reasons.
Her twin Detroit diesels have 2559 hours and the starboard has a rebuild 200 hours ago due to a run aground.
In the past three years she has the following updates:

new wiring to starter and shutoffs
both heads replaced and run on fresh water
She has a roomy cockpit for entertaining ad well as ample room on the bow with new cushions for relaxing during a sunset cruise.

The master cabin has a brand new memory foam the owners invested more than $1,200 in, the bed lifts up for storage under in addition to all the drawers on the aft and port sides. She also has a VERY large walk-in closet with a ton of hanging room.
The master head has a large shower and ample storage.
The marine a/c system has a Freon leak and the owner states he believes she needs some compressor work so they have added a stand alone air unit which they state keeps her cool and while I was aboard the cabin felt very comfortable.
Owner made a point to tell me that she was manufactured back when they made boats with a lot of fiberglass, her hull is very thick and sturdy.
There is plenty of room for a dinghy up top and the lift has a new motor that has never been used.
You have to see this one to appreciate her uniqueness. Would make a great liveaboard and be comfortable for long trips as well.
