Q. How much does it cost to advertise on Rightboat.com?

A. It costs £10 per advert per month to advertise on Rightboat.com, to place an advert please select
'sell a boat' on the home page menu.
Please contact us for prices for trade advertising.

Q. How do I place an advert on Rightboat.com?

A. Once you have registered on Rightboat.com, simply select 'sell a boat' from the top menu and follow the instructions.
For trade customers, please contact us to discuss the different options available.

Q. How do I pay for my advert?

A. Please follow the instructions for placing an advert and the last section will take payment for your advert by credit/debit card. Please note payments made during evenings and weekends will be processed on the next working day.

Q. How do I edit my advert?

A. Login to the members area, select 'manage my adverts' and then 'edit' to amend the boat details. Please note, it may take a few moments for your advert to reappear once changes have been made.
If you are a trade customer please contact us before attempting to edit/delete your boat details as if you are on an automatic import of data, this will overwrite any changes you may have made.

Q. How do I delete my advert?

A. Login to the members area, select 'manage my adverts' and then 'delete' to remove your advert.

Q. How will I be notified when the advert is about to expire?

A. You will automatically be sent an email one week before the advert expires, including instructions on how to renew your advert. Please note you may have to check your spam filter for the notification email.

Q. I've seen a boat I want, how do I contact the seller?

A. You can contact the seller of a boat directly by using the 'send email to seller' function on the right hand side of the page when viewing an advert. Or alternatively you can access the seller's contact telephone number by clicking on 'show contact details' on the right hand side of the page when viewing an advert.

Q. How do I use your free boat valuation service?

A. Login to the members area, and then select 'value my boat' from the top menu.

Q. How do I change or turn off my email/text alerts?

A. Login to the members area, and select 'Manage my email/txt (sms) alerts' then click on 'edit' or 'delete'.

Q. How do I change the currency on Rightboat.com?

A. Please click on the currency button on the top right hand corner of the home page, and select the desired currency from the drop down menu.

Q. Why are the prices not being displayed correctly?

A. Please check you are viewing the page with the correct currency option selected. To do this please select the desired currency from the drop down menu on the top right hand corner of the home page.

Q. How do I notify you of a technical issue?

A. If your query cannot be answered on this page please contact us by email by selecting 'contact' from the home page menu.
