A very rare classic Westerly GK 33 from the year 2000 in good condition for her age. This boat has a great inventory including some hardly used Laminate North Sails fitted along with associated spinnaker gear and kites which are all showing very low use. Eberspacher diesel cabin heating, Auto pilot, Raymarine GPS Plotter to name a few.
This rare example is in need of a new home and will certainly provide a fantastic base on which very little cosmetic effort is required to bring her back to her former glory.
The GK 33 takes an already fast, comfortable, and seaworthy yacht - the Ocean 33 - and gives it a distinctive performance edge. Designed by the renowned Ed Dubois, the GK 33 features a specially developed new rig and deck layout, which ensures impressive performance without compromising safety and ease of handling. Constructed using the technologically advanced SCRIMP process, the GK 33 is optimized for CHS and the new IR2000 rating rules and, in keeping with the spirit of these rules, will take on a completely different character when the competition is over. With good headroom and accommodation for up to six people, the surprisingly roomy interior is furnished to the high standard of quality associated with all Westerly boats.
