"TIKI TIME MAFIA" is a fast, comfortable double cabin motor yacht that offers two staterooms and two heads with a natural Teak wood interior. The owner’s stateroom is a full beam stateroom with an inline queen bed with its own bathroom with stall shower. The interior is roomy and the vessel has a large aft deck. For those of you looking at this listing and are considering a liveaboard boat, there is plenty of storage in this vessel and would be a great candidate. She has a good size galley with a cooktop, convection oven and standup fridge freezer and larger comfortable dinette. The 44 has a newer 8KW generator and two 16,000 BTU AC units.

Master Cabin and Head:

Master cabin is a full beam master with an inline queen size Tempur Pedic mattress. There is plenty of storage in the master cabin. There are cupboards on both sides of the bed along with pullout drawers and two hanging closets. On both sides of the hull are side windows along with an aft window on the transom. The owners have their own bathroom with stall shower. The entrance to the master cabin and the head have solid privacy doors.

Salon / Galley / Dinette:

In the salon and on the port side you will see an L-Shaped sofa with storage underneath and a two-seat sofa on the starboard side with storage. The aft bulkhead is mirrored and on both sides of the salon are sliding windows. The salon has approximately 6’3” of head room. Forward in the salon is the wet bar with newer salon ice maker. For entertainment there is a flat screen TV and a Sony CD player and stereo. The galley is on the starboard side and down. In the galley you will see a newer stand up Frigidaire fridge/freezer, newer two-burner cooktop and a Kenmore convection oven, along with a sink. There are plenty of pull out drawers and cupboards, the galley has a wood veneer sole. On the opposite side is the dinette with comfortable U-Shaped seating. Forward in the galley on the starboard side is a Whirlpool washing machine and separate Whirlpool dryer. The guest stateroom is in the bow and has a closet and pull out drawers. You will see the guest head/day head is opposite the washer/dryer, with two solid privacy doors.

Flybridge / Aft Deck:

Up two steps and you are on the flybridge. The flybridge has two forward facing Captain seats. For electronics there are a working Garmin GPS map 5212, a working Garmin GPS map 2006 SE, along with a Standard Horizon VHF. Starboard side on the bridge is a bench seat and forward off the helm is a forward facing bench seat. The bridge is covered with a canvas top and eisenglass with forward, side and aft curtains. The 44 Viking has a nice large aft deck and is protected by a solid hard top.  The eisenglass enclosure is in great condition. On the bulkhead is a wet bar with a newer Raritan ice maker. On both sides of the aft deck are transparent side wing doors.

Exterior Hull:

The boat has a swim platform with a swim ladder, along with a ladder leading from the swim platform up to the aft deck; along the transom is a grab rail. Port and starboard sides are decent sized walkarounds with grab rails. On the foredeck is a forward facing bench seat with storage under it. There are two deck hatches a wraparound bow rail with port and starboard side fender holders. The 44 has a large pulpit with a Lewmar windlass with foot controls.

Engine Room and Mechanics:

Twin inboard 450 HP Detroits model 6-71 TI inline six cylinders, turbocharged and inter-cooled with 4,126 hours on the port motors and 3,482 hours noted on the starboard Diesel. The main motors are coupled up to Twin Disc transmissions with a reduction of 1.54:1. Shafts are 2” with four blade propellers. The generator is a Westerbeke 8KW, 782 hours were noted, along with (2) Cruise Air 16,000 BTU reverse cycle units. The Viking has a Reverso oil change system.
