PLEASE CONTACT US FOR MORE INFORMATION ON THIS BROOM 425 FOR SALE
“Synchronicity” is a well maintained and thoughtfully upgraded example of this sort after model of which only twenty one were built. The Broom 425 marked a stepped change in design for Broom when introduced in 2007, with her frameless windows giving her a distinctive streamline appearance over previous models. This quality British built yacht is a capable sea vessel with her Volvo D6 370hp engines but she is equally adept at inland cruising thanks to her unique hydraulically operated radar arch. At the touch of a button an owner can reduce her air draft to a mere 3.35m (with windscreen dropped) to make may of the UK and European inland waters navigable that are out of reach for most sea going yachts.
The aft deck configuration allows for a commanding cockpit which provides excellent visibility and protection from the elements. This layout also allows for a full length interior accommodation which hosts a spacious saloon bathed in light from the large windows and a modernised lower gally with dinette opposite. Two cabins, both with ensuites, complete the accommodation but arguably one of the main attractions to an owner is the desirable aft owners cabin, with centreline double berth which is accompanied by plentiful storage.
The current owner has diligently maintained and modernised the yacht to allow for home from home comforts to accommodate extended periods onboard. These updates have included thoughtfully renewing the galley appliances, increasing the cold storage capacity, removing gas from the vessel and modernising the cooking arrangements an integrated finish. The experience of the owner is reflected in the consideration that has been paid to the electrical systems onboard. “Synchronicity” is equipped with a generator, invertor, lithium and AMG batteries combined with a detailed power monitoring system benefiting in use of the domestic systems not being dependent on shore power, this affords her owner a more flexible cruising. Unglamorous and unseen maintenance has also been completed such as the replacement of all Blackwater pipes. On deck in the cockpit the dashboard has been aligned with modern standards with an attractive carbon fibre inlays and no expense spared with a suite of Raymarine equipment installed.
“Synchronicity” provides an opportunity to own an upgraded example of the Broom 425, a quality British cruiser which is sure to provide many years of enjoyment afloat for her next owner.
