She is presently docked in Colonial Beach, Virginia but spent her last two years in Aquia Creek. She has been there and done that with trips to Bermuda, North Carolina and back sipping fuel at a rate of 2.5 gph at 8 knots at approx. 1800 rpms. With her new vinylester bottom in 2016 she's ready to do it again.

The sedan version of this popular trawler has a large centerline queen bed forward with plenty of storage, a hanging locker to starboard and a vanity with swing out stool to port. The enclosed port side head has a new electric head, cabinet with sink and a shower. The salon has an L shaped dinette with drop down table that goes from dining to cocktail height and converts into a berth, Two additional chairs can be located to port. The U shaped galley is to port and the refrigerator is located to starboard. Forward to starboard is the lower steering station, The flybridge is exceptionally large with plenty of seating. There are two large captains chairs at the upper helm. A cushioned guest bench and storage is forward of the upper helm, which features all controls and instrumentation.

The U-Shaped galley is port side forward with a double stainless sink, Hot and cold pressure water system, a Magic Chef 4 burner stove and oven and a Norcold 12v/110v refrigerator across the aisle behind the lower station.

New Simrad GO9 XSE chart plotter/nav system and transducer in 2020. Complete $20,000 bottom job in 2016. Next Gen generator in a sound shield is whisper quiet and runs all the onboard systems including the Mermaid heat and air conditioner with new pump in 2018. New electric head in 2019 because the first mate didn't like the manual pump! New custom swim platform in 2019, new engine hoses, a new starter, new LED engine room lights, new interior LED lights, new LED spreader lights fore and aft, a new wireless LED spotlight forward, new window curtains, new linens, a new 24 inch tv and a new marine antenna are still in the boxes and ready to be installed. The steering ram was replaced in 2018. The engine oil is changed every year and the genset oil was changed in August. She received a fresh coat of bottom paint in July. With well over $85k invested in upgrades over the last decade she is a great value.
