DESCRIPTION

In true trawler yacht style STALWART has loads of internal volume and storage space, this intern is crammed full of high spec equipment from hydraulic stabilizers to a washer dryer and Sat TV. She has been full equipped for comfortable life aboard and is more than capable of cruising. Her Twin Caterpillars give her a surprising turn of speed (17kts) but for most it is her very economical 8 knot cruising speed and 900 mile range which will be most attractive.

Hull: GRP hull with Coremat above the waterline – From Mainship designs 1988 a semi displacement hull capable of speeds in excess of 20 knots.. Flag blue Awlgrip finish with gold Awlgrip style lines.

Deck: Baltek balsa core GRP side deck, flybridge, all with a non slip finish

Wheelhouse: GRP construction with GRP fore deck – Two sliding and one aft sliding doors powder coated. Plus an additional door leading from aft deck directly into aft cabin

Transom/Bathing Platform: GRP bathing platform

3-cabin layout: main double owner’s stateroom is aft with heads and shower, port twin guest cabin and forward double both sharing forward heads and shower. Climate control to all cabins, air conditioning and heating.

Forecabin:

Two generous single beds in V formation; hanging locker; cupboard with shelves; opening portholes and overhead hatch. Bedside reading lights, storage draws below bed.

Port guest cabin:

2 full-size single berths; hanging locker and shelf. Individual berth lights. Opening porthole.

Guest shower/WC: Easily accessed , washbasin; separate shower with automatic pump-out; extractor fan. Electric heads

Deck saloon/Wheelhouse:

U-shaped sofa and dining table to port with a large table which turns and folds out. TV opposite in starboard unit with storage below for DVD player and entertainment system. Two side doors and aft door make for easy access from all areas. Upper galley is in the saloon. Small navigation table is on the aft starboard corner of the saloon with storage and the main switch panel above. The floor lifts in sections to give good access to the engine room.

Galley:

Corian worktop; 3-burner gas hob; Panasonic multifunction oven. Twin-bowl sinks, large 12v/240v fridge. Over head storage lockers. Lift up the stairs forward and below there is a large storage and utility are housing a new washer dryer. The whole helm seat base house a large deep freeze compartment.

Aft cabin:

Access from the saloon or aft deck the large double berth off to port with access either sides give a large sense of space. Storage in the form of lockers and wardrobe. En-suit heads with separate shower, shaver point, storage locker and electric heads. Large storage below double bed.

Flybridge:

Lockers and seating to port in an L formation wrap round the large table. The central helm seat swivel round to join the table. There is a large top loading drink fridge and more seating to starboard with storage below. Low level lighting and handy storage features make use of every space. The entire deck is covered with a removable bimini giving great shade. The Flybridge is easily and safely access with proper steps and multiple hand holds. From the good side deck.
