This Westbank 42 is a spacious and versatile steel hulled motor boat. She has been a reassuringly familiar sight on the start and finish lines of the Solent for many years and also a comfortable home away from home for many Airbnb guests. The Westbank 42 has been a source of much enjoyment to the current owners using her for weekends away with their family around the Solent. She would be perfect for river and estuary cruising or as a liveaboard.

The Westbank 42 has also been operated commercially; she has been yearly hauled out, inspected with the antifoul and anodes replaced at the same time. The engine and safety equipment has also been serviced on an annual basis.

In 2017, the Westbank 42 underwent a comprehensive interior refit. The work included being fully rewired, new lighting, all soft furnishing replaced, new head linings, new fitted galley, the addition of 2 bunks on the port side, new fitted heads with electric toilet and shower, new Eberspacher heating with outlets in all areas. All of work has set up Condor for the next phase of her life. Condor could continue in her current role or become a comfortable live aboard vessel.

4 Berths in 2 cabins with occasional 5th berth in saloon
UPPER HELM/AFT DECK- Helm to starboard with engine instrumentation, navigation aids, access to accommodation port side, large aft deck with seating and boarding ladder astern.

FORE DECK - Accessed via wide side decks with guardrails, fore deck gives access to electric anchor winch and substantial mooring cleats

ENGINE ROOM - Large engine room with good access to machinery, batteries, water tank and tool storage

SALOON- Wide c-shaped settee with seating for five around dining table which can lower and make an occasional berth, lower helm to port with engine instrumentation and navigation aids.

GALLEY/AFT CABIN- Located aft on starboard side consists of 2 burner gas hob, oven and grill, microwave, fridge and storage cupboards, two double bunks opposite on port side

MASTERCABIN- Located forward this has a comfortable double berth with memory foam mattress and plenty of storage, there is a basin with h/c water plus hanging locker and storage space.
HEADS - Refitted in 2017, electric toilet to starboard, sink with h/c water amidships and large shower compartment to port.
