He was a mechanical engineer in his career and has done a significant amount of troubleshooting and maintaining issues that arose besides the mechanics who have serviced the vessel.
They have all the invoices from work completed here in Eastern North Carolina.
There is cosmetic work that will be needed to be done at some point in time such as replacing the flybridge enclosure, woodwork, varnishing, etc.
Vessel Walkthrough Access to the vessel is on either the port or starboard side. There is a railing that lifts up on either side. Most likely you will need a step ladder unless you have a high dock.
The bow has space to lounge or sit back and read.

Main Salon and Galley:
The main salon and the galley are one space. On the port side there is a couch that opens to sleep two. The inside helm is located on the starboard side on the bow side of this space.

Master Stateroom:
