Selen II
Selen II is an example of a very well-maintained yacht that when stepping on board you will immediately evidence that its current owners did not spare anything on maintenance and servicing. This 88 Yacht is an Ex-Tax 2010 model Commercially registered in Malta. Even though Selen II engine hours are just over 2100 hours, the engines have been maintained to perfection in line with all manufacturer’s requirements. Since the boat was purchased by the current owners they carried out a lot of work on the Yacht to get it to the standards they are accustomed to and the list of works is set out in this document; chairs, sofas and most of the furniture at the saloon have been fully refurbished. The yacht has been lowered back into the water following extensive winter works in June 2023 and is ready for the season. The crew of the yacht has been exceptional and might consider moving with the yacht with a new owner on separate discussions. We highly recommend Selen II, especially for an owner who is looking to add to a current charter fleet or to commence a chartering activity and is looking for this size of yacht. Selen II is also a perfect example for owner’s usage, with its 4 cabin layout, day head on the main deck level, and 4 crew cabin.
2022/2023 Upgrades
- Polish all the yacht
- Applied two coats of antifouling
- Applied antifouling to the underwater metals

- Sprayed the platform and structure was blasted
- Dismantled the platform, changed hoses, changed all platform bushes [whole platform mechanism completely dismantled and refitted]

- Added a microwave in the Galley
- Changed flooring of the crew cabin
- Replaced all the exterior upholstery
- Replaced side grills for engine room ventilation

- Changed all the wooden flooring in saloon and dining area including the area next to the day head

- Changed all hose pipes in the engine room
- Repainted all the flooring in the engine room
- Full engine service by the local distributors of MTU
- Full generator service by the local distributors of Kohler
- New Grand Tender S470 with 60HP Mercury outboard engine
- Changed all water heater elements
- New Granite top on Flybridge Wetbar
- Installed new Apple TVs in: Saloon, Master Cabin and VIP Cabin
- Changed Generators Membrane
- New teak on platform
- Changed the Fridge Freezer in the galley
- Water maker fully serviced and reconditioned primary water pump
- Changed bow thruster seals
- Conducted Commercial Survey and installed all equipment required to comply with the Maltese Commercial Code
- Stabilizers cleaned the heat exchanger, changed impeller, changed all sea water cooling hose, changed bearings and anodes
