Construction

• Triple-chine, built using marine plywood, saturated in epoxy.
• All joints glued and reinforced with fibreglass and epoxy.
• Cast iron (twin) keels fastened through the hull to a galvanised internal frame.
• Suspended rudder.
• Fibre-glass / polyester deck.
• Copper coated below waterline.

A quick word about plywood construction: Plywood is lighter and more rigid than glassfibre, it provides thermal and sound insulation, and weight for weight it is stronger than steel. When bonded with epoxy resin it helps to create a durable, rot- and osmosis-resistant finish that is easy to repair.

Accommodation

The light and spacious interior is well equipped with 6 berths in total. LED reading lights and maple woodwork add to the feeling of space.

Two double berths, one forward and one aft. A linear galley with a fridge, two burner gas oven and stainless steel sink, along with plenty of storage.

To port there is a chart table with storage beneath. Aft of the chart table is the handbasin and shower, further aft past the WC, into a wonderful storage/workshop area where her systems can easily be accessed.

The saloon has settee seating along each side, making up two single berths, and a large saloon table positioned centrally, more cupboards and shelving behind the settees and storage beneath.

Forward past the mast support, into the forward V berth.
