The Elite 37 is a strong, seaworthy boat with good protection for the crew thanks to the Prout system of large foresail and mast set aft at the cockpit bulkhead. The Elite 37 is a development with a deck lift providing more volume in the aft cabins and giving more standing, living space. Similarly the aft bunks have an extended area out through the aft hulls giving 'trotter boxes' making the berths wider. Purchased by the current owners in 2001 and cruised along the East Coast, France, Channel Isles, and circumnavigated mainland Britain.
