Preliminary operations
- 220 V power lines from the main electric panel including dedicated circuit braker
- 24 V power lines from the main electric panel including dedicated circuit braker
- Supply cables to the sea water pump including dedicated circuit braker
- Supply cables to the Seakeeper dashboard display installed on the steering station, including the installation of the touch Seakeeper dashboard display
- Disassembly of the gyro in 3 parts (sphere, base, frame) for loading on board - project and construction through a numeric programmed machine of a dedicated aluminum support
- Construction of the hydraulic and cooling system:supply and installation of 1x sea water pump and connection to the gyro and the cooling system
- Installation and connection of the sea water intake - installation and connection of the sea water outtake
Installations and fastening
- Loading on board of the gyro and its parts (the crane costs are excluded)
- Reassembly of the gyro, wiring and connections, oil flushing and reconnections
