Cooking is well appointed in the galley with a three burner propanestove and a microwave/convection oven. This 50 Ocean Alexander is heavily built on a modern hull with cored hull sides and a keel deep, enough to protect the prop. 2 state rooms 2 heads with separate showers andexcellentstorage. Aft of thepilothouse are the galley and salon large cabin windows,teak flooring, and sliding door opening to thecockpit. The side decks are wide and well protected. There’s space on the extended flybridge where the tender and davit are located. Additional featuresinclude a pilothouse deckaccess door, molded flybridge steps, and transom door.This 50 Ocean Alexander Trawler is a joy to operate and is very comfortable in every way! Her autopilot andstabilizers keep her on track so you can enjoy your trip. Her bow and stern thrusters make close quarters handlinga breeze. The beauty about this trawler is her reliable single John Deere computerized turbo diesel engine. Withthis engine she is extremely economical to operate, burning less than 1/2 gallon per mile at cruise speed. Thismeans that at 9 mph you burn about 5 gallons of fuel per hour. With 700 gallons of fuel you have a safe cruisingrange of over a thousand miles!

Guest head aft to starboard with large stall shower, opening port light, teak and holly sole, and granite counter top. Aft down two steps to mid-ship master stateroom with athwart-ship queen berth. Massive amounts of storage including two cedar lined hanging lockers and hydraulic assist under bed storage. Built in flat screen T.V. and DVD player. Ensuite head features stall shower with seat, granite counter tops, opening port light, and teak and holly sole. From companionway, up seven steps aft to oversized pilothouse with Stidd helm seat, teak dinette, teak ships wheel with holly inlay, and captains doors to port and starboard. Aft down four steps to galley, with full-size frost-free refrigerator/freezer, granite counter tops, and generous teak cabinetry. Aft of galley is salon with large L-shaped leather settee, hydraulic lift dinette with 2 leather ottomans, and hideaway LCD TV with electric lift. Exit aft from salon through large sliding door into cockpit, containing storage lazarette, starboard boarding door, and transom door leading to fiberglass swim platform.
