The Broom 1070 was one of the last to be built. It had 2 new Nanni 200HP diesel engines fitted in 2007 that have completed circa 1600 hours each. The Broom 1070 was one of the last to be built. It had 2 new Nanni 200HP diesel engines fitted in 2007 that have completed circa 1600 hours each. This motorboat offers six berths in two cabins and the saloon with an en-suite toilet and shower/wet room to the master cabin and a separate heads forward. With the condition of the interior mouldings, upholstery and diesel cabin heating and internal helm position she provides comfort all year around and would make a great liveaboard. She is only being sold due to a family bereavement. Any early viewing is recommended. 

The Broom 1070 offers six berths in two separate cabins and the saloon.  As you enter the boat you are greeted with a large cockpit that can comfortably seat six with helm seats that can be used facing forwards or aft. The cockpit has plenty of room with storage lockers, a folding radar arch and detachable canopy to suite the weather conditions. Easy access to the decks and the aft plating ladder and platforms. The helms position is well laid out with an array of navigation and engine instrumentation with a large protected windscreen. 

The forward cabin has a twin V berth with upholstered headboards and linings, hanging wardrobe, storage cupboards and an escape hatch to the foredeck which gives lots of light and ventilation.

Aft of the forward cabin is a spacious heads with a manual toilet with a 80 Litre holding tank. A single sink with pressurised hot and cold water with vanity unit that provides good storage. The freshwater capacity is 360 litres

Aft of the forward heads is the U-Shaped Galley with a stainless steel sink with hot and cold pressurised water, a 4 burner gas hob with oven and grill. The galley also has a Microwave, waste bin, 12v fridge, storage for crockery and cutlery and cooking utensils.

A couple of steps lead you up to the spacious saloon with a u-shaped settee to starboard with a dining table. Opposite to port is sideboard with lots of storage space with the inner helm position forward which gives excellent panoramic views . The saloon table can be dropped and used to convert the settee into a double berth. 

Aft of the saloon and down a couple of steps is the master cabin with a large island double berth with twin dressing tables, wardrobes, mirrors and reading lights with upholstered bedhead. There is a small TV mounted on the wall for easy viewing. The escape hatch and portholes make the aft cabin very light and airy.

The en-suite heads has an electric toilet to the holding tank and also has a cupboard, mirror and razor point with a mixer tap with hot and cold water and has a show/wet room with a hot and cold water shower. 

The warm coloured upholstery and the Mikuni diesel cabin heating with the rich coloured wood give this motorboat a real warm, homely and cosy feel.
