Refurbished, £20k spent 2021/22 complete new rig and sails plus much more  

I purchased her in 2016 and I am the 5th Owner. Paperwork available back to when she was sold new. She has been on Lake Windermere from 1997 until 2021 when I finally launched her here in Pwllheli. Since 2016 she has been laid up whilst refurbishments were carried out. 

In late 2021/2022 £20,000 was spent to include:

New Z spars mast

New Z spars boom 

New Vang

New ProFurl c320

New standing rigging

New running rigging

New mainsail

New Genoa

New stack pack and covers along with spray hood

All new mast electrics including tri colour and deck light, vhf aerial and all mast fittings. To much to list but all invoices available.

2 x New house batteries in March 2023 and engine battery in 2021.

All 4 winches stripped, cleaned, parts replaced and greased

In 2017 £2700 was spent on electronics including Raymarine Evolution wheel Pilot, Raymarine i40Wind display.

All works carried out by local highly regarded professional companies.

Between 2016 and 2021 the following was carried out. New hand made stainless bow fitting/rollar, new wrap around windows, new deck hatches x 2, reglazed portlights where needed, new delta anchor, new guard rails all round, New vhf radio. New propellor, new binnacle compass.

The engine was fitted new in 2003 and has only been used in freshwater until 2021. Replaced shaft cutlass bearing  and shaft stuffing box 2016. 

New Webasto diesel heating fitted in 2013 with 5 outlets. ( £2330).

I have 2 survey reports available from 2011 and 2016.

This yacht is probably the closest one could get to new sailing craft with all the rig and sails being brand new.

Down below are 2 double cabins aft and a double bow cabin all with plumbed sink and water. Comfortable saloon and galley. Galley has a large fridge with a recent compressor, gas hob, oven and grill, Hot water from a calorifier, Mains shore power. 

Toilet discharges to a holding tank for discharge through the deck fitting pump out or via a macerator to sea where appropriate.

Generous cold water tankage as an additional flexible tank was fitted doubling the capacity.

There is more to say but above are the most important. I live very near the marina so viewing is easily arranged. 

The berth the yacht is moored on in Pwllheli Marina can go with the boat. (there currently is a long waiting list) subject to the marina agreement.
