Partial project world cruiser, needs finishing. Well equipped and in sail or motor away condition. Call Barry atto set up your personal preview.
Ray Creekmore designed heavy built ocean going vessels that sail well in all weather conditions. This vessel was purchased as a finished hull that needed an interior and deck. The current owner had professionals working part time on the boat for 8 years and had invested over $500,000 into the project. The boat was left 85% completed when abandoned by the builders. This beautiful Creekmore is ready to be finished and being sold at a huge loss. Their loss is your gain. There is a brand new mainsail and brand new roller furling Genoa never flown and waiting for installation. The boom has tracks down both sides for a stack pack. The running rigging will need some replacements and the standing rigging has upper and lower Staylocks.
Anna offers clean lines, a deep safe cockpit with all control lines running direct to the cockpit line clutches and self tailing winches. The bow sprit has twin bow rollers and a CQR anchor. A new electric windlass was installed with a separate battery bank dedicated for the windlass. The deck has Tread Master non-slip pads and the custom stainless steel bow and stern rails are 1&1/4 inches thick and so are the stanchions. The SS arch holds the twin wind generators and built in davits and has room for solar panels and any other attachments needed. The aft lazerette is huge with 2 opening hatches with built in Vetus vents. The deck sports 6 closable dorades with SS protection bars, 17 SS opening port windows, 3 overhead hatches for excellent ventilation and all hand rails are stainless steel so there is no exterior wood to maintain. The aluminum toe rail offers great attachment points for halyards or fenders and has scuppers so the side decks hold no water.
The interior sole still needs some work, the tankage has been installed and plumbed, the Yanmar diesel is in great condition showing 90 original hours with twin racors and electric bilge pumps and all electrical wiring is done and very well labeled. The vessel will need all new house bank batteries and windless batteries.
The interior is traditional with beautiful wood trim, 2 heads with showers (the aft head needs to be finished), 2 private staterooms and lots of storage everywhere. The cushions, mattresses and soft goods will need to be ordered. If you have the desire to cruise the world or just go down island, this is the type of blue water cruiser you will want. If this world cruising Creekmore is of interest, please call Barry atand set up your preview. We are looking for solid offers.
