A 70ft 2005 STS Boats 2/4 berth traditional stern narrowboat.

Horace is a nicely presented boat and built to a high standard of workmanship. Mechanically she is in excellent condition with less than 540 engine running hours.

Entering the boat from the traditional stern is the engine room/ wet locker. This has space for storage and is the location of the electrical and engine controls.

Moving through a door is the main sleeping cabin. This has a fixed double bed and ample storage is provided by a wardrobe and drawer unit.

A door leads through to the shower room. This is fitted with a stylish glass quadrant shower cubicle, electric macerator toilet and a contemporary ceramic countertop basin.

Forward of the shower room is another large cabin. This is currently empty of furniture but would be suitable as a further bedroom, office or for other use.

A further door leads to the open plan galley/saloon.

The galley is well equipped with a 240v fridge/freezer and slot in gas cooker. A stainless steel sink and drainer is inset into the solid wood worktops beneath which are ample storage cupboards.

There is a space suitable for a washing machine or other appliance but this could also be used for additional storage.

The large saloon has a solid fuel stove in one corner and generally has a light and spacious feeling partly provided by large windows and an opening side hatch. Glazed doors lead onto the front deck.

Horace would be equally suitable for leisure and extended stay or as a live aboard boat and comes with all the deck gear to allow you to sail away. A Hull Condition Survey conducted in October 2018 is available to view.
