Accommodations
Remarkable craftsmanship is reflected throughout "Desert Moon". The yachts salon is tastefully appointed with sumptuous furnishings and decor, a smartly designed custom beverage center, entertainment center with satellite TV and surround sound system, large bronze windows, custom blinds and satin finished walnut floors.
Moving forward from the salon is the pilothouse. The pilothouse is a very open, spacious area and houses the yachts main helm station, chef's galley and a forward facing L-shaped dining/cruising settee. Every detail of the pilothouse is designed to provide the best ergonomics and efficiency of the space. This includes the chef's galley, designed for maximum efficiency with ample room for two people to prepare gourmet meals. "Desert Moon's" galley features first-class appliances, granite counter tops, a retractable cooktop splash guard and a heated granite floor.
The main oven and separate microwave/speed oven, four burner cook-top, refrigerator, dishwasher were all chosen with the ships chef in mind. Quality appliances with excellent service history were chosen.
The pilothouse galley features a forward facing L-settee with a expandable walnut table which will comfortably seat/dine 6 adults. The galley also offers a side table that features a Sub Zero refrigerated drawer set which is the perfect place to keep beverages or ice cream for the days when you have abundant guest list and your trying to keep them out of the main galley. The side table offers a granite counter top, USB & 120VAC outlets, cabinet and drawer storage.

The engine room and lazarette was thoughtfully designed in order to provide spaces that make sense and give ease of access to the ships machinery housed in the compartments. The stand-up engine room offers fore & aft cameras that allow the helmsperson to monitor the engines when underway. For safety, the engine room door is equipped with a viewing portlight.

Flybridge
The P65's flybridge is an entertainers and helmsman dream. The bridge offers a centered helm with modern Garmin navigational equipment and dual Pompanette Platinum helm chairs. The entertaining part of the bridge consists of a double berth in front of the helm station, a large L-settee with a granite table top, a walk-in bar with SubZero refrigerator, icemaker and stainless sink & hot/cold water, a Samsung TV and Fusion entertainment system and a BBQ center with a large DCS propane BBQ.
Hardtop, enclosure and venturi
The enclosed bridge is made up of a factory hardtop and a Canvass Supply EZ2CY poly carbonate window enclosure. This combined with the Olympia diesel heating system makes for a warm, cozy space, even cruising in the coldest winter days. The hardtop offers a satin finish which if you have ever cruised on a sunny day with a gloss finished hardtop you know how tired your eyes can get. With the satin finished hardtop, you cut out most of the glare and you notice how much less you have to squint, even with sun glasses. Check out the hardtop and you'll be impressed.
