1979 Nicholson 303
Camper and Nicholsons Cruiser Racer based on a successful Ron Holland designed half tonner. This is an unfinished project due to ill health a lot of the hard work has been completed and needs a dedicated person to finish it off. A 2018 survey report is available on request.
Accommodation :

The Nicholson 303 offers five berths in two cabins with a separate marine heads between the fore cabin and the main saloon.

The interior is trimmed in teak faced ply with a relatively recent set of interior upholstery to give a warm cosy cabin rather than her stripped out counterparts.

The galley is to port with a cool box and Tasmin twin hob with grill with fresh water and sink with new basin tap and a large chart table navigation area opposite to starboard.

History and Construction:

This Nicholson 303 was built in 1979 to a design by Peter Nicholson. Red GRP hull. White superstructure and deck. Moulded and painted non-slip decks. Aft self-draining cockpit. Encapsulated long keel with keel hung rudder.


Mechanical :
Mechanical systems:

Two-cylinder Yanmar marine diesel with raw water-cooling system in good condition for its age. Two blade propeller driven via a shaft giving 7 knots under power. Regularly serviced.

Sails and Spars:

Bermudian sloop rigged stainless steel standing rigging, Terylene running rigging, slab reefing, spinnaker pole.
