Designed in a forward layout, this Narrowboat offers a double cabin with storage compartments and wardrobe aft, a bathroom with cassette toilet, a U-shaped galley, and a saloon with a freestanding sofa.

Powered by a Vetus 33hp 4-cylinder diesel engine. Cabin heating is provided by a Webasto diesel fired system.

General

A great project for someone to put their own stamp on that is ready to be cruised away. Flooring ready for the new owner to lay down what they wish. Exterior coach works requires repainting. Large port hole windows throughout.

Master Cabin

Entering the boat through the central stern doors leads into the cabin. A fixed double berth with a new and unused memory foam mattress. Overhead storage and reading light. Wardrobe/storage space aft.

Bathroom

Following through a short corridor leads to the bathroom with a new ceramic Thetford toilet with two cassettes. Alongside a hand basin with vanity unit, and opposite a shower.

Galley

A U-shaped galley features a surface mounted Vanette 4 burner gas hob, and eye level built in matching grill and oven. Good size storage cupboards and work-surfaces, stainless steel kitchen sink with drainer, and a 12V fridge. Starboard side hatch allowing extra natural daylight into the cabin, The galley offers plenty of low-level storage and ample of worktop surfaces for food preparation.

Saloon

The saloon is found forward and has direct access to the bow well deck. A new freestanding sofa, TV unit and a tiled hearth is ready for a new multi fuel stove installation.

Heating And Hot Water Systems

A Webasto diesel fired central heating system runs radiators throughout the boat, as well as the calorifier for hot water. Webasto unit serviced in October 2022. The twin coil calorifier is connected to the engine circuit providing heat for hot water when running. 450 Liter water tank.

Electrics

The 240V system on board simply plugs in to the shoreline providing power to the sockets throughout the boat. When cruising a Sterling 3000W inverter ensures you are never without power. 240V battery charger. X1 Starter Battery and X2 Leisure Batteries.
