Hunter History and Notable Features

Sea Song is an American sailboat that was designed by Glenn Henderson as a cruiser and first built in 2004. Henderson wanted a boat that would have all the systems and conveniences you would expect in a house and also be capable of long distance offshore passages. This Aft Cockpit design was built between 2004 and 2010. Hunter Marine was sold in 2012 to David Marlow and the name changed to Marlow-Hunter LLC. They still build boats today. Hunter is solidly built, sails well, has many innovative features and is very comfortable. The fit and finish is very good too.

The galley is one of the great features of the boat with a pantry and a large countertop. There are many thoughtful details that make Sea Song the perfect boat for cruising and extended time aboard. The salon has a u-shaped settee with table on the port side and long settee on the starboard side. There is excellent storage under and behind the settees. The boat has beautiful joinery work and fabrics.

Sea Song has been lovingly maintained by her owners. She was last bottom painted Easter 2019.
