It is likely to be listed by most surveyors but is not structural or an integral working part of the vessel and is not to be used to further negotiate the price down after survey. This Elan 43 was one of a limited edition of 12 boats designed by J&J and the keel was laid in 1989 in Yugoslavia.
Part built by Elan Yachting and finished & fitted out in Germany by Elan Yachting , Fehmarn, in 1989. Commissioned in Hamburg in October 1989.
An exceptional sea boat, she has spent a number of years sailing around Pollenςa, (Spain), Preveza, (Greece), Fethiye, (Turkey) and Kos (Greece).
An out of water hull, equipment and rigging survey was carried out for insurance purposes in September 2013 and is available for inspection if required.
