This boat is unique as your typical Cape Dory 25 has an outboard and this one came from the factory with an outboard. Somewhere along, the outboard was replaced with a Yanmar 10 hp inboard diesel. The seller estimates that the engine has around 700 hours and sips fuel. The running rigging was all recently replaced. The standing rigging is of unknown age but it looked to be in good condition. You have one fully battened mainsail for sails, and one 150% Genoa both in good condition. This is a full keelboat that is scrubbed every 2 weeks when stored in water. The bottom paint is less than 1 year old. This is a really cool boat inside and out, the seller is a very experienced sailor and states it's the best boat hes ever sailed in any wind condition.
