List your boats for FREE, with no set up costs, and only pay when you receive great enquiries!
T&CThe cost per lead is a flat fee of £25. The charge will be invoiced and payment accepted in GBP. Our usual currency converter will be applied to the boat price if necessary to calculate the lead charge in your chosen currency. Prices quoted are exclusive of all taxes and the Trade Member will pay all sales or value added taxes and other government charges due, as invoiced by Rightboat. Please ensure you supply a VAT/IVA number.
Rightboat’s commitment to online safety allows only professional businesses to use the business package plans.
As part of our broker verification process you must supply:
Manually uploaded boats will not go live until a member of the Rightboat team has verified business account legitimacy. In order to protect our members we run manual checks of boat type, make, model and price. Should a boat be listed that is below market value it will not be published until verification of listing agreement or ownership is provided.
All fees are non refundable.
Prior to the listing of boats for sale and the distribution of leads we require credit card or bank direct debit details to be set up. If, on collection, a payment method fails, we reserve the right to charge all reasonable expenses, together with legal and other professional fees Rightboat Ltd incurs in collecting late payments.
Rightboat Ltd do not offer credit or account terms.
Payments are taken twice a month, with an invoice following each payment. Usually the first payment would be around the 14th/15th of the month, if a lead has been delivered.
The second payment would be around the 30th/31st of the month depending on the day of the week.
Payments are made IN ARREARS, so that e.g. if a broker signs up on the 10th of July, receives a lead on the 12th and the payment run is on the 15th, the first payment would be taken on the 15th of July.Payments are made in arrears on this Deal Type because of the nature of the deal - not knowing how many leads the Broker will receive in the month. Payment is only requested when a lead has been delivered.
The Broker Member will be liable to pay interest to the company on such outstanding sum from the due date for payment, at the annual rate of 4% above the base lending rate of Barclays Bank plc, accruing on a daily basis until payment is made, whether before or after any judgement.
The Company may, at its sole discretion, also suspend and/or revoke Broker Membership, services and systems after 72 hours from invoice date not paid, and it reserves the right to hold back the distribution of further leads until an alternative payment method is secured.
The Broker Member shall make all payments due under this Contract without any deduction whether by way of set-off, counterclaim, discount, abatement or otherwise, unless the Broker Member has a valid court order requiring an amount equal to such deduction to be paid by the Company to the Broker Member.
When a lead is delivered by email to a nominated email address, confirmed by the broker, it will be marked as pending for 72 hours.
A broker can return a lead to Rightboat for Quality Check within 72 hours on the following basis, using the link on the lead notification email or via the broker admin system.
Contact details incorrect
Spam enquiry received
Duplicate lead within 24 hours
After this period, the lead automatically moves to approved and will be invoiced.
Rightboat Ltd is not obligated to deliver any leads in excess of any agreed credit limit placed on the Broker Members account from time to time.
A Broker Member area log in username and password will be delivered to manage these leads and activity of the portal.
The Broker Member acknowledges and agrees that any account and related billing and payment information which the Broker Member provides to the Company may be shared by the Company with Third Parties who work on Rightboat’s behalf solely for the purpose of performing credit checks, effecting payment to the Company, collecting debts owed to the Company and/or servicing a Broker Members account.

Invoicing and payment will be collected monthly. Prices quoted are exclusive of all taxes and the Broker will pay all sales or value added taxes and other government charges due, as invoiced by Rightboat. Please ensure you supply a VAT/IVA number.

Payments are taken ONCE a month, and are paid in ADVANCE.
The first payment is a pro-rata payment taken at the join date. The billed period is up to the end of the joining month, then all following payments are taken at the beginning of the month. (Unless of course, a Broker Member is signed up on the day of the invoice run).
Pro Rated amount - if the Broker Member joins close to the start of the month, a full boat count is charged. A prorated amount thereafter to be confirmed.
Boat count costing - For the initial payment, we base this on the boat count which the Broker Member has on the first import trail (minimum payment being 60 Euros/£/$).
Subsequent payments are based on the maximum boat count the Broker Member has had over the previous month PRIOR to the payment. (this is because with the nature of the import, the boat count varies daily) For example: Broker A joins on the 15th of July and makes a pro rata to payment to take him to the 31st of July. First of August, the second payment is taken and is based on the maximum number of boats listed between 15th and 31st of July.
Invoices would follow the payments taken.

An email alert will be sent to the Broker Member upon an enquiry for more information received via Rightboat.com, giving member name and email address as a minimum.
A Broker Member area log in username and password will be delivered to manage these leads and activity of the portal.
