This typical Alan Hill-designed long-keeled cruiser was built by Marine Construction (Marcon) and first launched in 1968 as the Cutlass, but extensively updated in 1974 as the Cutlass 27. The strong traditional design with short counter stern and long lead encapsulated fixed centre keel ensures good speed and sea keeping abilities. Four berths a 2 berth V fore cabin and 2 in the main saloon, a two burner cooker, chart table, and VHF in the cabin.
