Boat Description

Ms Molly is a 1982 Sisu Downeast Lobster style hull designed by Royal Lowell and built by Portsmouth Boat Works in Dover, NH. This model produced over 300 units of the 26 model. Originally commissioned on Lake Superior, the current owner purchased her and brought her east for fishing in Long Island Sound. She is powered by a Perkins 4.236 85 HP Diesel that was remanufactured by Trans Atlantic Diesel in 2021. The back deck was completely redone in 2022, and the windshield glass was replaced in 2020. This well-maintained Sisu features a large cabin forward, a spacious V berth with ample storage, a galley to port, an enclosed head to starboard, and a teak and holy sole. The extended hard top is equipped with canvas and isinglass side curtains. The large cockpit area includes a motor box for seating, 2 Freeman deck hatches, an igloo cooler, and a stand-up helm station with a Garmin GPS chart plotter, sonar, and VHF marine radio. She cruises nicely at 10-12 knots while sipping fuel. Ms Molly is ready for her next owner and is shown by appointment.
