The Sabre 27, designed by Alan Hill, offers great accommodation, with 6' headroom in the saloon on a 27 ft hull. This example is in excellent order and ready to go.
Recent survey available - Backdraft is a great example and has been well maintained with various updates by her current and three previous owners.
Good sized cockpit with table and cushioned all-weather seating on cockpit locker lids.

The original Volvo inboard has been replaced at some point with a 3 cylinder 20hp Beta Marine BD722 (#IC 6015) with shaft drive to 3 blade fixed propeller and rope cutter.

Accommodation
Saloon - 5 berth with L-shaped seating and removable table to starboard. One saloon berth and two quarter berths. Cabin sole has recently been redone with synthetic teak. Plenty of good stowage in side cupboard, behind and under cushions. Nav table to starboard as required.
Galley -  to port with Plastimo Neptune 25000 gas cooker with two burners grill and oven - self-draining gas compartment in cockpit locker, Stainless steel sink and manual cold water pump.
Forecabin - V-berth with insert with shelving and stowage. Access to chain locker and water tankage.
Heads - marine Jabsco toilet and pull-out hand basin with manual cold water pump
