To this day, the current owner has enjoyed sailing this beautifully classic interior and exterior lined yacht for many years. This yacht, designed by Jack de Ridder, is a successor of the almost legendary Belgian Spirit 28. The builder is Quality Yachts. Especially upwind good sailing characteristics, but sailing downwind requires more patience.

To this day, the current owner has enjoyed sailing this beautifully classic interior and exterior lined yacht for many years. This yacht, designed by Jack de Ridder, is a successor of the almost legendary Belgian Spirit 28. The builder is Quality Yachts. Especially upwind good sailing characteristics, but sailing downwind requires more patience. The engine is professionally maintained in Andijk and recently a new antifouling was applied. Of this yacht, the VAT is demonstrably paid.

General:
Brakzand, a Q29, length 8.90m, width 3.02m, depth 1.55m, built in 1993, construction number 172909, Yachtbuilding Quality Yachts, design Jack De Ridder, round bilge, fin keel, hull: glass/polyester, non-skid deck, displacement 3250kg, cast iron keel, tiller steering, CQR anchor, anchor line with lead chain, folding swimming ladder, Lexan windows, teak interior panelling, headroom salon 1.85m, bed length forward cabin 1.80m, bed length aft cabin 1.90m, longitudinal bench 1.90m.

Engine:
Volvo Penta 2002/120SC 2 cylinder 18HP with saildrive (cuff replaced + 8 years ago) folding propeller. Engine number, stainless steel diesel tank: 50 l, fuel level meter.

Rigging:
Air draft 11m, masthead rigged, aluminum mast boom, Rolly Tasker mainsail 17m2 and genoa 25m2 (both about 5 years old), De Vries high aspect 20.85m2, spinnaker 63m2, gennaker with trunk 40m2, stainless steel rigging, 4 self-tailing Lewmar winches.

Navigation and equipment:
2x batteries of which starter battery about 5 years old, 12 volts, shore power connection, battery charger, 2 x bulkhead compass, Raymarine ST60 depth sounder/ log, windset and close hauled, ICOM IC M601 marine radio (2004), Raymarine ST2000 autopilot, navigation lights, Pioneer radio/cd player.

Gas and water:
Plastic water tank 110 liters, manual water pressure system and toilet, plastic holding tank 40 liters, 2-burner gas stove, gas bunker with vent.

Safety equipment:
Lifebuoy, life raft (inspected in 2016), manual bilge pump.
