The Najad 320 is a sturdy and solid ship. The ship is suitable for sailing on inland waterways and at sea. With her 4 berths and 2 huge storage compartments in the cockpit, she is very suitable for a small crew. The Najad yard builds ships with the well-known Scandinavian quality comparable to Hallberg Rassy and Malö. The Noorderzon is a beautifully maintained ship. The teak deck has been rerubbed in 2013.

Because of her furling mainsail and furling jib, the ship is easy to sail and everything can be operated from the cockpit. The cockpit is nicely protected and there is always a good view forward through the fixed glass part. The traveller is placed in front of the sprayhood. In combination with the tiller steering, there is a lot of space in the cockpit. Unique to this ship is the strong autopilot which is driven below deck directly connected to the rudderaxle. The interior is neat and tidy. The ship is in January 2020 provided with an antifouling layer. Blisters were recently found on the underwater hull.
