The S class was designed by Nathanael G. Herreshoff and is one of his most enduring designs. Most were built by Herreshoff Manufacturing however Lucky Pierre and 5 others were built by George Lawley & Son Shipyard in Neponset, MA using Calt. Nate Herreshoff’s one-design. Lucky Pierre has quite a pedigree.Major structural refit by BBW in Bristol, RI. Restoration report available. upon request. 2017 spar restoration and new Triad trailer w/ ez-glide suspension. 2018 New Class design Quantum Racing sails. Recent hull survey report available.
