This Essence 33, a beautiful daysailer designed by the renowned architect André Hoek and built in the Netherlands to a very high standard, offers exceptional performance. She has flush teak-laid decks, a low teak-laid coach roof, a more than ample teak-laid cockpit and a large sunbathing area aft. She has a powerful rig with a carbon mast, rod rigging, hydraulic boomvang, hydraulic backstay and a hydraulic outhaul. And her sail wardrobe consists of a main sail, a gennaker, a genoa and a Code 0. The control lines and halyards are neatly recessed to below deck and lead back to the steering wheel, from where the winches can be operated.
