Inventory
Mechanical and Rigging:
To achieve the ultimate performance, a stiffer, lighter Hull & Deck is laminated with FRP in Epoxy resin. In order to reduce pitching movement, the weight has been kept to a minimum in both the fore & aft hull sections. The deck, ringframes & stringers have been constructed with sandwiched closed cell foam.
The rudderstock & tiller has been constructed utilizing Carbon fibre with a composite rudderblade. She has been post cured @ over 50 degrees C for 14 hours to increase stiffness by 20%.
The topsides are Snow White with Misty Grey decks and waterline stripes, all professionally sprayed using 545 epoxy primer, undercoat then durable G-Line paint all from AWLGRIP.
Engine
Lightweight Lombardini 13Hp twin cylinder diesel is installed on a saildrive with folding propeller. A few key advantages with the Lombardini Marine 502M power units are:
- Total package weight, including saildrive - only 108kgs.
- The hydrodynamic design of the saildrive leg makes it the most slender production saildrive on the market.
- Exhaust emission well below EEC requirements.
